Tunbridge Wells’ biggest music event returns this weekend. Taking place at various venues across the town, including Calverley Grounds, catch some brilliant bands, enjoy local food and drink and soak up the sun while enjoying one of the best events of the year.

Milkfest 2017, which takes place at The Milkhouse in Sissinghurst is set to be a feel good feast of fun for the whole family.
With music from top local talent and fabulous food and drink from some of their wonderful suppliers, there’s something for everything. From cocktails to hot dogs, face-painting to juggling, it’s a must-visit this Bank Holiday.
Saturday 26th August
Get down to Tenterden’s Market Square this Saturday from 7pm till late for Canteen Social’s bank holiday blow out.
Amazing local street food traders from across Kent, local beer, cider, wines and spirits with a few tasty cocktails all topped off with local live music throughout the night!
Newenden Family Fun Day
Saturday August 26th – 10am to 4pm
Taking place on Newenden’s cricket ground, this day is one for all the family to enjoy. With food and drink, a raffle, tombola and games there’s lots to do – and you can even bring your furry friends along and enter them in the dog show.
The Big Prosecco Festival

What better way to spend a summer bank holiday weekend than sauntering around the beautiful grounds of a sprawling country estate with a glass of bubbles in hand, oodles of wonderful food and a host of live music and entertainment?
This Sunday from 12pm to 11pm, Proud Country House at Stanmer Park in Brighton is hosting a Prosecco festival, and with live bands, DJs and entertainment, over 50 different varieties of Prosecco to taste, and the finest Italian food to sample, it’s not an event you’ll want to miss.

27th August – 28th August from 11am to 5pm
Enjoy a bumper August Bank Holiday at Penshurst Place, with bushcraft skills demonstrations on the Woodland Walk from Camp Wilderness, falconry with the Hawking Centre and storytelling with Aardvark Productions.
And on Bank Holiday Monday you can even create your own stories and pictures with Hands on History, using a replica of an early printing press.
Activities are included free in the standard grounds admission price.
