HATS
The hat seems to be a subject of great stress amongst most wedding guests, but there’s bound to be a look for you. Try to choose a fascinator that complements your body shape. If you are tall, then I would say choose a low fascinator, and if you are petite, choose a small fascinator. However, your best option is to always try on a variety of styles to find the one that suits you best.

AUTUMNAL BLOOMS
Summer is sadly over but that doesn’t mean your wedding look needs to suffer. If the idea of girly florals makes you recoil in horror, then a more sultry autumnal bloom could be for you. This toned down palette is flattering for most shapes, whilst avoiding wearing just plain block colours. Be daring and mix your autumnal florals with this season’s metallics for an on-trend look.

COLD SHOULDER
If you’re worried about baring your arms on the big day, why not try something like a sheer, beaded cape or a pretty lace cropped cardigan which will not detract from your dress but give you enough coverage to forget about the bits that you don’t like. The sheer material will enable your outfit to still be the hero.

SKIRT
A great alternative to the traditional dress is a skirt and top combination. If your legs are your favourite feature then a skirt co-ord look would be a great way to showcase them. However, if you are an hourglass shape then an A-line midi will flatter as well as look elegant and flirty.

STATEMENT CLUTCH
If your personal style is simple and chic, a statement clutch will really lift your outfit and become the hero piece. This is the easiest and simplest way to make any outfit pop. Whether it’s a contrasting colour or a bold print anyone can work this look – the bolder the better!

UNDERWEAR
Always consider your underwear as well, as this is the start of your outfit and will help conceal and shape your body. Shapewear has come on a long way since it was introduced, and the technology in some of the materials is fantastic. You will find everything from full slips with legs to clever bra options and everything in between.
