Star Wars actor films stunts at local gymnastic academy

The Next Dimension Gymnastic Academy (NDGA) in Tunbridge Wells was covered with a sprinkling of stardust on Friday 15th August, when it was visited by personalities from the small screen and a future star of the silver screen.

CBBC came in to film freestyle stunts for their new show Officially Amazing, which delves into the world of the weird, incredible and officially amazing people who are trying to break world records. Pip Andersen, professional freerunner turned film actor, who will be starring in the new Star Wars film, took part in the filming.

NDGA’s Operations Manager, Chantelle Harman, said: “I was extremely excited to have such high profile visitors to the academy and it was amazing to see them perform their skills.”

The NDGA opened in 2011 and is a state-of-the-art gymnastic facility conveniently located in Longfield Road, Tunbridge Wells. It delivers a safe, effective, professional and child-friendly gymnastic environment.
