With just seven weeks to go until the official first day of summer, at Next Dimension Gymnastic Academy (NDGA) in Tunbridge Wells, thoughts are turning to getting ‘beach body ready’ for the holiday season with the introduction of its adult fitness classes.
To celebrate the launch, all classes will be free from this bank holiday Monday (7th May) to Saturday (12th May). A major part of the programme on offer are classes from the world-renowned group fitness system run by Les Mills, originally developed in New Zealand and now a world-wide phenomenon. Bodyjam mixes the latest dance styles with current music, while Bodyattack combines athletic and aerobic moves to build strength and stamina. Bodycombat, which is inspired by disciplines including karate and boxing, will take place on Thursday mornings and evenings. A more holistic approach to fitness will be on offer with pilates and tai chi sessions, as well as three different types of yoga.
Holly Freeman, Head Coach at NDGA, said: “The classes are open to all abilities and will be taken in our two studios by our friendly and fully trained instructor. Being just out of town, we’re conveniently located for people to get to us after work and our classes are excellent value for money, especially when compared to monthly fees for some of the gyms in this area.”
Hour-long classes cost £6 each, while those lasting 90 minutes cost £8 each. For further information, to be sent a timetable and to book, call 01892 550530 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
