The Olympic Torch through TW

The Olympic Torch through TW

Thousands of flag waving people, from toddlers to pensioners, lined the streets of Tunbridge Wells last month to see the Olympic torch paraded through the town as part of its epic 8,000 mile nationwide relay. Every vantage point was taken, including roof tops, in one of the biggest public turnouts in years to see the eight torch bearers carry the flame from the top of town down to The Pantiles. Among the bearers was 48-year-old Olga Bogoslovskaya (pictured) from Moscow.  It was a case of same again with crowds when the flame was later carried through Crowborough.
