All the big guns in the borough turned out for the Tunbridge Wells mayor’s annual clay pigeon shoot tournament. Guests at the West Kent Shooting School in Paddock Wood last month were greeted by mayor David Elliot, mayoress June Crowhurst and council leader David Jukes. The day was described as a ‘fantastic success’, with £1,800 being raised for the mayor’s charity ellenor, which helps families with children dealing with life limiting conditions.
