Resident foodie Damian Cotton will go to any lengths in his ongoing quest for luxury and decadence particularly if it means a return visit to Langshott Manor near Gatwick. What a trouper…

Although the waterfowl are one of the many delightful features of the Manor and it does seem a shame to discriminate against the canard.
We’ve paid another visit to Langshott Manor as the Mulberry restaurant has been relaunched and revamped. The hotel is still idyllic, hidden away near Horley – it is quite unbelievable that you are so close to Gatwick and urban sprawl and yet so quiet and peaceful. Like the rest of the Alexander Group Hotels, the Manor is all about being looked after – from the moment of arrival one is treated with courtesy and thoughtfulness – and the experience is so much more than just a place to stay or eat…
