This season Executive Chef, Mark Budd and his brigade have prepared a special Festive Afternoon Tea menu.
Served in one of the hotel’s gorgeous lounges, you can enjoy a selection of homemade delights, including:
Warm sultana and apple scones, homemade plum and mulled wine jam and Jersey clotted cream.
Organic turkey and cranberry on caraway bread, home roasted and whisky glazed ham on onion sourdough, and Scottish smoked salmon, lemon and black pepper butter on homemade bread.
Chestnut and dark chocolate “Mont Blanc”, Cinnamon custard doughnuts, warm homemade hazelnut mince pies and aged sherry and white currant trifle.
