This September saw the grand opening of local cafe and eatery, Daily Bread, in the homely village of Rusthall, near Tunbridge Wells. Pioneered by business partners Sarah Bailey and Joe McElroy, Daily Bread provides both local clientele and visitors from further afield with a warm welcome, charming decor and most importantly delicious, freshly prepared food.
The welcoming atmosphere is light, bright and beautiful with a fresh airy feel whilst offering plenty for the visitors to look at with a growing collection of curiosities situated around the cafe; including artwork for sale, a selection of books available to read during your visit and not to mention the selection of fun contemporary and vintage crockery!
Cafe owners Sarah and Joe have always been passionate about cooking, and with over 30 years combined experience in the catering industry they are both inspired to bring their expertise and multi-skilled experience to offer Rusthall a unique gem. The emphasis of the business is on locally sourced produce and home baking with Daily Bread boasting its very own herb garden, homemade bread and a range of local meats smoked on site.
Offering a diverse alternative to the hustle and bustle of Tunbridge Wells, whether you are looking for somewhere to meet for coffee and breakfast on a business meeting, take family or friends for a sandwich or salads for lunch or indulge in an afternoon tea with plenty of tea and cake, Daily Bread really has something for everyone.
