Zenith Aviation has completed its preparations for the changeover to the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Air Operations Regulations a full 3 months early.
These new European regulations will come into force on the 28 October 2014 and any operator who is not compliant by this time cannot operate aircraft for commercial purposes.
Recognising that this changeover was vital for the continuity of our business, the Zenith Aviation management team embarked on an aggressive programme of ensuring compliance by internal assessment and making use of an external organisation to assist in the time consuming process of amending all our procedures.
The UK Civil Aviation Authority has now informed Zenith Aviation that we are fully compliant and the changeover to the new regulations will be a smooth transition with no interruptions to our commercial operations.
